This journal is designed to walk parents to be through the mindset and physical shift that naturally occurs in pregnancy! Although we have a mommy journal, this journal can be utilized on its on too. It features various topics, educational material, and affirmations that will move each mom + partner to a deeper experience when used together and separately. Mom’s will establish an intimate bond with not only their baby, but their body and partner too.
