Description
This work looks at the impact of globalization on adult education and training generally, and on women more specifically. AET strategies, including towards women, workplace training and the recognition of experiential learning are explored, as are participatory approaches in diverse contexts and countries. The contributors also focus on the notion of life-long learning, its meaning and how to go about giving effect to it.
