There is a great need for education reform for a country to succeed in the field of politics, social, economic and cultural changes, as well as scientific and technological changes and transformations. Education the world over has undergone several reforms in one way or the other. The reasons for the reforms are varied and it these range from technological to economic among others. Reforms in Education come with its own challenges and implications for policy makers, policy implementers, public, industry and learners. These reforms also present human and financial challenges both for the countries concerned and for the international community. Here in Ghana education has experienced many reforms towards the latter parts of the last century and the beginning of this millennium. This research attempts to look at the perceptions of implementers of educational reforms on the causes of educational reforms. This book is targeted at policy makers in the educational sector and teachers (implementers of reform). Students and other people involved in education can also make use of this book.
