Students’ understanding of their personality determines their thoughts, talks and actions in relation to school activities. If a student sees himself as “a nobody” (passive learner) in the school, the student will do very little or nothing in the process of learning. However, when a student sees himself as an important personality in the school, the student will become active (Active Learner) and do a lot in making sure that learning takes place. The Student will as well do his best to achieve the goals of schooling.
